DRI Commercial provides roofing, maintenance and waterproofing services for commercial and industrial buildings. Primary Role:
The Project Manager will join a team of authentic and empowered individuals who drive DRI Commercial's sales division. We seek a highly motivated and results oriented individual. The position will report to DRI Commercial's Regional Vice President and will work out of the Company's San Leandro office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops, coordinates and implements marketing and sales strategies and programs for the Northern CA region.
- Conducts and collects market analysis to help ensure we thoroughly understand the market dynamics and we're maximizing all sales opportunities.
- Ensures divisional sales targets meet budgeted revenue and gross margin targets.
- Engages in prospecting and other lead generating activities, ensuring all leads are followed-up in a timely basis.
- Produces estimates and proposals, including the updating and/or extending of contracts, the timely turnaround of proposals and the completion of accurate job costing.
- Serves as liaison and point of contact with commercial customers during every phase of a project to solidify customer satisfaction.
- Networks with current and newly established customers to build and foster solid business relationships.
- Maintains sales-related reports on a weekly basis regarding commercial construction activity within the region, keeping management abreast of customer and market activities.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience selling commercial roofing applications to commercial and industrial customers as well as to governmental agencies OR 5+ years estimating for commercial roofing business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously, while producing sales
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field
